Currency Line Subtask
Use this subtask of the Approve Subcontractor Invoices screen to view currency line information on the subcontractor invoice line. All fields on this subtask are non-editable.
Line Amounts
This group box displays the transaction and functional currencies for each of the following subcontractor invoice items.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Currency | This field displays the currency code. |
| Invoice Quantity | This field displays the quantity, in ordering units of measure, of the item being invoiced. |
| Invoice Unit Cost | This field displays the unit cost for the item being invoiced. |
| Invoice Ext Amount | If the Invoice Quantity is greater than zero, this field displays the Costpoint-calculated invoice extended amount. |
| Sum of Line Charges | This field displays the sum of all charges for this line. |
| Sales/VAT Tax Amt | This field displays the sales tax or value-added tax (VAT) amount, if any, charged for this invoice. |
| Line Charges Sales/VAT Tax Amt | This field displays the line charges sales/VAT tax amount. |
| Total Before Discount | This field displays the invoice line amount, before any discount. Costpoint calculates it as follows: Invoice Ext Amount plus Line Charge Cost Amount. |
| Discount Amt | This field displays the invoice discount, if any. |
| Total After Discount | Costpoint automatically calculates this field as follows: Total Before Discount Amount minus Discount Amt. |
| Total Amt | This field displays the total amount for this invoice line. Costpoint calculates it as follows: Total After Discount Amount plus Total Sales/VAT Tax Amount plus Total Use/Reverse Tax Amt. |
| Recovery Amt | This field displays the recovery amount, if any. |
Exchange Rates
| Field | Description |

| Trans to Functional | This field displays the exchange rate for transaction to functional currency. This figure, when multiplied by the transaction currency amount, results in the functional currency amount. |
| Functional to Pay | This field displays the exchange rate for functional to pay currency. This figure, when multiplied by the functional currency amount, results in the pay currency amount. |
