Email Tab

If you selected the Email checkbox, use this tab to send the report as a file attachment in an email.

If your email address is set up on the Information tab of the Manage Users screen, the email is sent from your email address. Otherwise, the email is sent from the workflow email address (for example, workflow@<company name>.com).

Use the File Options tab to select the format of the file and provide a name.

After you enter the email information, click Ok and then click Print > Print Record on the Context Menu to create the report as a file and send the email.

Field Description
To Enter the email address of the recipient.
Cc Enter the email address of any secondary recipients.
Subject Enter a subject for the email.
Additional Attachments Click the attachment icon to add an additional attachment. Enter the File Name and Alternate File Location in the table.
Text Enter the text of the email.
