Use the Planning to domain to create and manage organizational, new business, and project budgets, as well view and run relates reports related to each area.

Use the New Business Budgets screen to create budgets for new business, new contract bids, new work on existing contracts, or for any situation where a planning budget is needed but the project does not yet exist within Costpoint.
Use the Projects Budgets / EACs screen to create/modify a budget or EAC for a project.
Use the Resource Planning module to manage resources across multiple projects.
Use the Organization Budgeting module to manage processes related to org budgets and to generate and view org budget data.
Use the New Business Budgeting module for new work planning, such as generating proposed budgets and creating teams.
Use the Project Budgeting module to create budgets and EACs and to analyze various revenue and cost elements within the budgets/forecasts.
Use the Administration module to manage configuration, org, and project settings that are specific to Costpoint Planning.
