| Minimum Quantity | This field displays the minimum quantity from the main screen. |
| Gross Unit Cost | This field displays the gross unit cost from the main screen. |
| Volume Discount | This field displays the volume discount percentage from the main screen. |
| Net Unit Cost | This field displays the net unit cost from the main screen. |
| Func Curr Gross Unit Cost | This field displays the gross unit cost of the item in functional currency. This field is calculated as: Gross Unit Cost x Trans to Func rate on the Exchange Rates subtask. |
| Func Curr Net Unit Cost | This field displays the default net unit cost of the item in functional currency. This field is calculated as: Net Unit Cost x Trans to Func rate on the Exchange Rates subtask. |
| Vendor Lead Time | Use this field to enter the quoted lead time in days for the specified order quantity. |
| Update Part Lead Time | Select this check box to update the part's Vendor Lead Time field with the quoted lead time. |
| Autoload | Click this button to automatically load the minimum order quantity. |
