Project Cost Detail Subtask
Use this non-editable subtask to view cost detail for a given row. It displays the same information as the main screen but provides a row for each cost element.
This subtask displays information updated by the Compute Estimate to Complete screen.

| Proj | This field displays the project ID from the main screen. |
| Proj Name | This field displays the project description. |
| Owning Organization | This field displays the owning organization from the main screen. |
| Owning Organization Name | This field displays the owning organization description. |
| Proj Manager | This field displays the name of the project manager from the main screen. |
Date Updated
Use this group box to assess the age of the data in the inquiry.

| Incurred | The date on which the Update Incurred Cost for ETC process was last executed is displayed. |
| Previous Estimate | The date on which the Compute Estimate to Complete process was last executed is displayed. |
| Fiscal Year | This field displays the fiscal year for which information was updated. |
| Period | This field displays the period for which information was updated. |
| Subpd | This field displays the subperiod for which information was updated. |
| Rate Type | The rate type, actual or target, that was used on the Update Incurred Cost for ETC process is displayed. |
| Contract Value | This field displays the contract value from the Manage Modifications screen. |
Proj Cost Detail
Information is provided for each direct cost account and each burden pool, along with a fee line. This information is categorized under the following headings: Description, Total Costs Incurred, Estimate To Complete, LREAC, Base Budget, Variance, Percent Complete, Commitments, Percent Complete With Commitments.

| Description | This non-editable field displays the account or pool description. |
| Total Costs Incurred | This field displays the total cost-incurred amount for the selected project. |
| Estimate-To-Complete | This field displays the total estimate-to-complete amount for the selected project. |
| LREAC | This field displays the total LREAC amount for the selected project. |
| Base Budget | This field displays the base budget amount for the selected project. This amount is the total budget for this project/account/org on the Manage Project Total Budget screen. |
| Variance | This field displays the variance amount, which is calculated by subtracting the LREAC from the Base Budget for the selected project. |
| Percent Complete | This field displays the percentage of the project which has been completed. |
| Commitments | This field displays the commitment amount for the project. The commitment amount is the total of outstanding purchase orders. |
| Percent Complete With Commitments | This field displays the total percent complete, including commitments. |
