Global Withholding Tab
Use this tab to set up new withholding information.

| Field | Description |

| Subject to Withholding | Select this check box if this project is subject to withholding. By default, this check box is cleared. If this check box is selected, you cannot clear it if global withholding records exist in Billing History or on an unposted bill for this project. Clearing this check box clears the Withholding Code field, unless you posted bills that include withholding for this project. If you posted withholding amounts and you need to stop withholding on this project, change the Withholding Code to ZERO instead of clearing this check box. |
| Withholding Code | Enter, or click  to select, the billing withholding code for this project. The field to the right displays the withholding code’s description. |
| Withholding Percentage | This non-editable field displays the withholding percentage set up for the Withholding Code. |
| Maximum Total Percentage | This non-editable field displays the maximum total withholding percentage set up for the Withholding Code. |
