Alternate Parts Subtask of Engineering BOMs
Use this subtask to view the list of alternate parts for the selected component.
You establish and maintain alternate part information on the Manage Alternate Parts screen.

| Field | Description |

| Manufacturer | This field displays the manufacturer ID of the alternate part for the component. |
| Manufacturer Name | This field displays the name of the manufacturer of the alternate part. |
| CAGE | This field displays the Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE ID) of the alternate part. |
| Manufacturer Part | This field displays the manufacturer part ID of the alternate part. |
| Manufacturer Rev | This field displays the manufacturer revision for the part. |
| Preferred | This check box is selected if the alternate part is preferred; it is clear if the alternate part is not preferred. Only one alternate part can have the preferred status. |
| Preference Type | This field displays the part preference type for this alternate part from the Manage Part Preference Types screen. |
| Company | This field displays the company ID assigned to the alternate part. |
| Vendor | This field displays the vendor ID assigned to the alternate part. |
| Vendor Name | This field displays the vendor name for the vendor ID. |
| Vendor Part | The part ID of the vendor part is displayed in this field. |
| Vendor Rev | The revision of the vendor part is displayed in this field. |
