Modify the Custom Workflow Outlook Toolbar Button

It may be necessary to set up a path to the CSTPOINT directory for the customized Workflow icon to successfully launch the WFMLIST.EXE file.

To modify the custom Workflow Outlook toolbar button:

  1. Right-click the custom Workflow icon and select Customize to open the Customize dialog box.

  2. Click the Workflow icon on the toolbar to enable the Modify Selection button in the Customize dialog box.

  3. Click Modify Selection to make any modifications necessary.
