Use this tab if the employee uses Deltek Shop Floor Time and/or Manufacturing Execution.

Field	Description
Payroll Service ID	If you are planning to use an outside payroll service, enter the employee ID that you have issued for that service's identification.
GovWin IQ ID	If applicable, enter the GovWin IQ login ID of the employee. This is used for linking the employee in the Costpoint Contract Management. Note: You can view this field only if your company has a Contract Management license.
Talent Mgt HUA ID	If applicable, enter the Deltek Talent Management User ID for this employee. This field will be used to map Costpoint Employee IDs to Deltek Talent Management User IDs when employee data is imported into Costpoint.
Active HUA ID Mapping	This checkbox indicates whether or not the specified HUA ID is actively mapped to the Costpoint employee. If this checkbox is selected, the Transfer Talent Management Data application will use the specified HUA ID to determine whether or not the employee is a rehire.

Project Manufacturing

Note: You can view this group box only if your company has a Materials Management license.

Field	Description
Plant	Enter, or click to select the Plant where the employee will work.
Shop Floor Time	Select this checkbox to indicate whether or not the employee will enter time using Deltek Shop Floor Time. If you select this checkbox, the Export Project Manufacturing Data process will include this employee when exporting to Shop Floor Time. Note: You can view this checkbox only if your company has a Shop Floor Time license.

Entry Type

Select the how employees will use Shop Floor Time.

Note: You can view these options only if your company has a Shop Floor Time license.

Field	Description
Punched	Select this option if the employee's time is tracked by using time stamps to indicate when employees start and stop a job.
Exception	Select this option if the employee uses Shop Floor Time only in special cases such as vacation or illness.
Elapsed	Select this option if the employee enters duration time. Stop and start time are not recorded.
Administrative	Select this option if the employee does not enter time but reviews timesheet data or performs system management functions.
Badge Group	If applicable, enter the employee's Badge Group for accessing Shop Floor Time. In order for an employee to access Shop Floor Time using a badge, they need a Badge ID in the applicable products. An employer may have duplicate Badge IDs (for example, as a result of merging companies), a Badge Group is required in order to group the badge IDs. Note: You can view this field only if your company has a Shop Floor Time license.
Badge ID	If applicable, enter the employee's Badge ID for Shop Floor Time. Note: You can view this field only if your company has a Shop Floor Time license.
Manufacturing Execution	Select this checkbox to indicate whether or not the employee will use Deltek Manufacturing Execution. If you select this checkbox, the Export Project Manufacturing Data process will include this employee when exporting to Manufacturing Execution. Note: You can view this checkbox only if your company has a Manufacturing Execution license.
Manufacturing Order Clocking	Select this checkbox if the employee needs to clock in and clock out of Manufacturing Execution. Note: You can view this checkbox only if your company has a Manufacturing Execution license.
Login ID	If applicable, enter the employee's Login ID for Shop Floor Time and/or Manufacturing Execution. Note: You can view this field only if your company has a Manufacturing Execution license.
