| Field | Description |

| Period | This field displays the period in which the journal entry was entered. |
| Subperiod | This field displays the subperiod in which the journal entry was entered. |
| Journal Code | This field displays an abbreviation of the journal entry type. |
| Project | This field displays the ID of the project for the journal entry detail line. |
| Account | This field displays the number of the account for the journal entry detail line. |
| Organization | This field displays the ID of the organization for the journal entry detail line. |
| Amount | This field displays the transaction amount in functional currency. |
| Transaction Amount | This field displays the transaction amount in transaction currency. |
| Trans Currency Cd | This field displays the transaction currency. |
| Posting User | This displays the ID of the user who posted the journal entry. |
| Entry User | This displays the ID of the user who entered the journal entry. |
| Ref1 | This field displays reference 1. |
| Ref2 | This field displays reference 2. |
