Account/Organization Details Subtask

Use this subtask of the Financial Anomaly Analysis screen to view account/organization information for each financial statement line on the Details subtask.

This table window displays the following types of information for each financial statement line.

Field	Description
Account	This field displays the account ID. You can click the value of this field to view account activity information. When you click the link, the View General Ledger Activity screen opens and automatically displays the corresponding account activity details.
Organization	This field displays the organization ID
Organization Name	This field displays the name of the organization.
Dela Reason	This field displays Dela's rationale why it flagged the record as an anomaly.
Fiscal Year	This field displays the value you entered in the Start field of the Fiscal Year selection range.
Period	This field displays the value you entered in the Start field of the Accounting Period selection range.
Period Amount	This field displays the account balance for the selected period.
YTD Amount	This field displays the year-to-date balance amount for the account.
Period Budget	This field displays the account budget amount for the selected period.
YTD Budget	This field displays the year-to-date budget amount for the account.
YTD Var%	This field displays the percentage difference between the YTD account budget and YTD account balance.
Period Var %	This field displays the percentage difference between the account budget and account balance for the selected period.
Period over Period Chg	This field displays the percentage change between the current period account amount and the prior period account amount.
Year over Year Chg	This field displays the percentage change between the current year account balance and the prior year account balance.
Pd Var	This field displays the difference between the account budget and account balance for the selected period.
YTD Var	This field displays the difference between the YTD account budget and YTD account balance.
Prior Pd Var	This field displays the difference between the account balances for the current period and preceding period.
Prior YTD Var	This field displays the difference between the current YTD account balance and the YTD account balance for preceding fiscal year.
Prior YTD Amount	This field displays the YTD account amount for the preceding fiscal year.
Prior Period Amount	This field displays the account balance for the preceding period.
