View Account Activity

Use the View Account Activity screen to review postings made to the General Ledger. You can create inquiries for either one or multiple periods by account ID or by project ID. Line items describe the transactions posted to either the account or to the project.

To display data in the table window, enter your selection criteria and click .

Note: A message appears if no records match your query criteria.

To see more detail for a transaction, display the Posting Detail subtask.

Note: The UI profile you are assigned may have caused some fields to be hidden on your screen. For more information, contact your system administrator.
