Add a Budget Creator

You can add a new Budget Creator using the Maintain Project Budget Security screen.

To add a budget creator to the budget approver:

  1. Go to Planning > Administration > Administration Controls > Maintain Project Budget Security.

  2. Highlight the row with the Budget Approver’s Employee ID.

  3. Click the Budget Creators link.

  4. On the Budget Creaters screen, for a new Creator, click New for a new line.

  5. Select a Project ID from the drop-down list.

  6. Select an User ID from the drop-down list.

    The User Name column will be populated.

  7. Click Save.
