Configure TE Suspense Settings
Use this screen to determine how the Import TE Expenses/Advances screen replaces invalid charging data. This screen consists of two blocks:
- Replacement Methods: Choose the method by which the preprocessor replaces invalid data with the replacement values that you specify in the second block.
- Replacement Values: Designate the values that Costpoint uses to replace invalid data.
Complete this screen and save your selections before running the Import TE Expenses/Advances screen. The preprocessor uses your selections to replace invalid charging data with the suspense value data you provide, based on the data replacement method you choose.
