Organization Budget Cycle Initialization (AOM3)

Use this screen to establish budget/outlook cycle initialization parameters. Using a source year, you can clone information on Holiday Schedule, PTO Pattern, Pool specifications, Employee specifications, Pool Rates, Non-Labor Specifications, Non Labor Base Setup.

Parameters

Source Year

Click to select the source year.

Target Year

Click to select the target year.

Upon selecting a source year and target year, the following parameters are highlighted as required, optional or complete.

• Clone Holiday Schedule

• Clone PTO Pattern

• Re-Clone Pool Specs

• Re-freeze Employee Specs

• Clone NL Percent Specs

• Holiday Schedule

Subtasks

After you select the Source Year and Target Year, click the Holidays, Employee Rates, Pool Rates, PTO Pattern, NLAB Percent Base and NLAB Percent Types link to display the report information.

Holidays Subtasks Details

The following information is displayed in the Holidays subtasks.

• Holiday

• Description

You can create a New record, Copy,Delete or Query holiday records.

Employee Rates Subtasks Details

The following information is displayed in the Employee Rates subtasks.

• Fiscal Year

• Employee ID

• Employee Name

• Hourly Rate

• Accrual Rate

• Org ID

• Alternate Org ID

• Default Direct Acct

• Default Direct Acct

Select the Lock check box to lock a record.

Click Query to search Employee Rates.

Pool Rates Subtasks Details

The following information is displayed in the Pool Rates subtasks.

• Fiscal Year

• Sequence

• Allocation Group

• Pool Number

• Pool Name

• Base Type

• Base Desc

• Pool Type

• Targeted YTD Rate

Click Query to search Pool Rates.

PTO Pattern Subtasks Details

The following information is displayed in the PTO Pattern subtasks.

• Fiscal Year

• Total

• Month

NLAB Percent Base and  Accounts Subtasks Details

The following information is displayed in the NLAB Percent Base and Accounts subtasks.

You can create a New record, Copy,Delete or Query NLAB Percent Base records.
