Use this screen to port over all non-labor data from the project budgets and non-backlog budgets into the latest Org Budget’s Non-Labor dollar tab.
Adds records (account-organization rows) that do not exist and replace amounts on all rows with those from selected Project budget non-labor amounts. If a row exists that is not in any project budget, it will remain unchanged. The Org Manager can use this if he has a keyed entry and for some reason, he does not want it overwritten.
When you click Update, the data is copied to the Org tables and you can view in Organization/Outlook Budgets, Non Labor Dollar tab.

This column displays the period covered in the audit report. |
Click this link at the bottom of the screen to display a report listing all of the information uploaded to the Org non-labor, including the date/time and person who did the upload.
