For managers, use this screen to analyze budgeted labor utilization in great detail. The report has the following four sections:
The first section provides a budgeted utilization % summary at the Org level selected in the Navigation. It shows YTD Utilization and Utilization for each accounting period.
The second section provides a budgeted utilization summary for the next level of organization below the org selected with the same columns.
The third section, the Employee % grid, allows the manager to drill down to see budgeted Utilization % by employee within each organization below the organization selected.
The fourth section, the Employee Hours grid, allows the manager to drill down to see total budgeted hours by employee and further to the distinct project numbers charged by the employee.
