This topic describes the information that displays in the detail tables of the TM Billable Revenue Breakdown screen for the Budget report type.
Depending on the selected report Sub Type, the Breakdown/Details/Sub Details table displays the following columns:

Project |
This column displays the Project ID. |
Category |
This column displays the name of the category. |
Employee |
This column lists employee by project labor category. |
Account |
This column displays the account name of the project. |
Current Bill Rate |
This column reflects the billing rate of the PLC (the most recent PLC rate of time-phased PLCs). If you budget by period, but the PLC rates are set up by subperiod and the rate changes during the period, Planning uses the latest PLC rate when calculating revenue for the entire period. |
ITD Amt |
This column displays inception-to-date amount by PLC and by resource. |
Month/Year |
This column displays data from latest closed period and then back 6 months. |
Total Revenue Labor Amount |
This column totals the revenue labor amount. |
