Use this screen to run the Rate Analysis (Org) report. This report is an enhanced Statement of Indirect Expenses that allows a manager to examine the Cost and Base of a pool in detail.
The report contains three grids:
Pool Cost grid — Contains summary lines by major cost element, with detail by GL Account and Org within each Account. Columns include YTD Cost, % of Base, and cost for each accounting period in the fiscal year.
Pool Base grid — Contains Summary lines by major base element, with detail by GL Account and Org within each Account. Columns include YTD Base amount, % of Base, and the base amount for each accounting period in the fiscal year.
Pool Rates grid — Shows the pool rate by contributing Org with a total rate for the pool. Columns include YTD rate and the rate for each accounting period in the fiscal year.
