Staff Escalation Subtask

Use this screen to update staff escalation records or change the percent of escalation of staff salaries.

Escalation is based on hire date. A value of zero means that person had not been hired yet, and then would escalate at a given rate annually throughout the project. The escalation date is based on configured values, it could be an anniversary date or particular month.

The employee rate is different for EAC and Budget. A budget starts utilizing an employee’s rate at the first period of the budget, but an EAC adjusts the employee’s rate to the current period of the EAC.

The following information displays in the Staff Escalation subtasks.
