Use this screen to enter a specific revenue amount for fixed price contracts, manage fixed price revenue and make revenue adjustments for project budgets.
This field displays the formula used to get the revenue.
This field displays the level project ID used for the revenue formula.
Select this check box if you want to use Fixed Revenue as the Total Revenue.
Select this check box if you want to override the Revenue Adjustments in the projects being budgeted.
Click the Revenue Setup, Revenue Ceilings, and Revenue Analysis, subtasks links to display the lower level details of information.
The following information displays in the Revenue table.

Fiscal Year |
This column displays the fiscal year of the revenue to be used in the setup. |
Period |
This column displays the number of periods assigned to the budget. |
Sub Period |
This column displays the sub period to be used in the setup. |
End Date |
This column displays the end date of the period. |
Fixed Revenue Amount |
For a fixed price contract only, enter the revenue by period in this column. |
Revenue Adjustment |
Use Adjustment column to enter adjustments to revenue amount. When this feature is in use, the revenue is not automatically calculated but instead uses the amounts entered. |

Total |
This displays the total per column information. |
If funding has been distributed to the project/task ID, then it is compared to the total cost of the project budget.
The following funding information displays:
Revenue: Funded, Budget, Unspecified
Cost: Funded, Budget, Unspecified
Profit: Funded, Percent, Budget, Percent
Use the Revenue Setup/Ceiling Subtask screen to set revenue amounts for fixed price contracts.
To enter or adjust a revenue amount, complete the following steps:
In the Planning domain, go to Project Budgeting » Budgeting/EAC Processing » Project Budgets/EACs. The Project Budgets/EACs screen displays.
In Project ID, select the project ID, and in the Project Budget Status table, select the budget.
Click the Revenue Setup/Ceilings subtask link.
To enter a fixed rate, select the Use Fixed Revenue Amount as Total Revenue check box, and in the Fixed Revenue Amount column, enter the amount.
