Use this screen to view purchase order information. You can also access this screen in Costpoint Receiving. Depending on your selection criteria, you can view all applicable PO information, including receipt, inspection, and voucher information for each PO and PO line.

Enter, or click to select, the vendor ID to limit the inquiry of purchase orders to be viewed. The corresponding name of the vendor displays on the field on the right.
The vendor must not be flagged as a payroll vendor. If the vendor has an approval code of Not Approved or Pending, or if its PO Status is On Hold, Costpoint displays a warning.
Enter, or click to select, the buyer ID to limit the inquiry of purchase orders to be viewed. The corresponding name of the buyer displays on the field on the right.
Enter, or click to select, the purchase order ID to be viewed. The associated release number displays on the field on the right.
Enter, or click to select, the release number of the purchase orders to be viewed.
Enter, or click to select, the requisition ID to limit the inquiry of purchase orders to be viewed.
Enter, or click to select, the project ID (or beginning project ID) to limit the inquiry to a particular project or range of projects. This field is optional. Use the options in the Project Selection Criteria field to further define the inquiry criteria based on the project ID.
Select one option from the drop-down list to further define the purchase orders that will be included in your inquiry. The values are:
Exact Match - Select this option to find only those POs that contain an exact match of the entered project ID.
Begins With - Select this option to find all POs that begin with the project ID.
Use the fields in this group box to filter the types of purchase orders that appear in the table window.
Select the purchase order status check box or combination of PO status you need to view. The system-defined purchase order status are:
Pending
Open
System Closed
Closed
Void

This field displays the sum of all PO lines' Total PO Amount in functional currency.
This column displays the purchase order ID.
This column displays the purchase order release number.
This column displays the PO change order number.
This column displays the status code for the purchase order. The valid codes are as follows:
Pending
Open
Closed
Void
System Closed
This column displays the purchase order type. The valid types are as follows:
Purchase Order
Blanket Order
Release Order
Subcontract Retainage PO
GFM/GFE Order
Subcontractor Agreement
Subcontractor Agreement Blanket

This column displays the vendor ID on the purchase order.
This column displays the name of the vendor.
This column displays the buyer ID on the purchase order.
This field displays the name of the subcontract associated with the PO. This also displays as a hyperlink to access the subcontract record on the Manage Subcontracts screen.
This column displays the name of the buyer.
This column displays the order date of the purchase order.
This column displays the transaction currency for the purchase order. The invoice for these materials will be in this transaction currency.
This column displays the amount of the purchase order in the transaction currency. The invoice for these materials will be in this transaction currency.
This column displays the amount of the purchase order in your company's functional currency. Functional currency is the currency used to initialize Costpoint and is the currency in which your financial statements are prepared.
This column displays the vendor's first line of address.
This column displays the vendor's second line of address.
This column displays the vendor's third line of address.
This column displays the vendor's city.
This column displays the vendor's state.
This column displays the vendor's postal code.
This column displays the vendor's country.
This column displays the last name of the vendor contact.
This column displays the first name of the vendor contact.
This column displays the address code used to generate the purchase order.
This column displays the sales order number.
This column displays the vendor's telephone number.

This column displays Y (Yes) if the purchase order has been released to the vendor or N (No) if it has not been released.
This column displays the date when the PO is released to the vendor.
This column displays Y (Yes) if the purchase order is a confirmation of a verbal order, or N (No) if it is not.
This column displays Y (Yes) if this purchase order has been printed, or N (No) if it has not.
This column displays Y (Yes) if this is a General Services Administration (GSA) order, or N (No) if it is not.
This column displays one of the following to indicate the size and classification of the vendor:

Small

This check box indicates that the vendor is classified as a woman-owned business when the PO line was created.
This check box indicates that the vendor is classified as a disadvantaged or minority-owned business when the PO line was created.
This check box indicates that the vendor is classified as a HUB Zone vendor when the PO line was created.
This check box indicates that the vendor is classified as a historical black college and university/minority-owned institution vendor when the PO line was created.
This check box indicates that the vendor is classified as a veteran-owned vendor when the PO line was created.
This check box indicates that the vendor is classified as a service disabled veteran-owned vendor when the PO line was created.
This check box indicates that the vendor is classified as an Alaskan Native Corporation and Indian Tribes when the PO line was created.
This column displays the date when the vendor classification certification was received.
This column displays the purchase order's period of performance start date.
This column displays the purchase order's period of performance end date.
This column displays the text notes associated with the purchase order.
This column displays expediting notes associated with the purchase order.
This column displays whether or not the resource associated with the PO has to be a citizen of the USA.
This column displays whether or not the resource associated with the PO has to be authorized for ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) restricted items.
This column displays the security clearance that the resource associated with the PO needs to have.
This column displays the description of the security clearance that the resource associated with the PO needs to have.
This column displays the level of the security clearance that the resource associated with the PO needs to have.
This column displays whether the security clearance that the resource associated with the PO has to be cleared for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
This column displays the whether the security clearance that the resource associated with the PO has to be cleared for Special Access Programs (SAP).
This column displays the agency that issued the security clearance.
