Use this screen to view and compare information from the various versions of a purchase order's change orders.
Enter, or click to select, a purchase order (PO) ID whose change order information you want to view.
Enter, or click to select, the release number of the change order you want to view.
The following fields provide information about the last change order created.
This field displays the change order number.
This field displays the vendor ID. The vendor's name and location display on the fields on the right.
This field displays the name of the subcontract associated with the PO. This also displays as a hyperlink to access the subcontract record on the Manage Subcontracts screen.
This field displays the buyer ID. The buyer's name displays on the field to the right.
This field displays the buyer’s organization ID from the Home Organization of the Manage Employee Salary Information (LDMEHIS) screen.
This field displays the change order status code. The values are:
Pending
Open
Closed
Void
System Closed
This field displays the total amount of the change order in the transaction currency. The invoice for these materials will be in this transaction currency.
This field displays the total amount of the change order in the functional currency. Functional currency is used to initialize Costpoint and is the currency in which your financial statements are prepared.
This field displays the date on which this change order was created.
This field displays the type of this change order. The system-defined types are:
P - Purchase order
B - Blanket order
R - Release order
This field displays the buyer’s organization ID from the Home Organization of the Manage Employee Salary Information (LDMEHIS) screen.
This field displays the transaction currency for this change order. The amounts in the invoice for these materials are expressed in this transaction currency.
This field displays the procurement type description for the change order.
This field displays the order date of the change order.
This field displays the difference in amount, in the transaction currency, between the previous change order and the current change order. The invoice for these materials will be in this transaction currency.
This field displays the difference in amount, in the functional currency, between the previous change order and the current change order. Functional currency is the currency used to initialize Costpoint and is the currency in which your financial statements are prepared.
This column displays the previous change order numbers. All prior change orders for this PO whose history had been saved display here.
This column displays the date on which the particular change order was made.
This column displays the total amount of the change order in the transaction currency. The invoice for these materials will be in this transaction currency.

This column displays the vendor contact's telephone number.
This column displays the vendor contact's fax number.
This column displays the buyer ID.
This column displays the vendor's terms for payment.
This column displays the vendor's Freight on Board (FOB) method (for example, destination).
This column displays the date of the vendor's acknowledgment.
This column displays Y (Yes) or N (No) to indicate whether this change order has been printed.
This column displays the vendor sales order ID.
This column displays Y (Yes) or N (No) to indicate whether this change order is classified as a General Services Administration (GSA) order.
This column displays the ending date of the period of performance.
This column displays the starting date of the period of performance.
This column displays the procurement type of the change order.
This column displays the item's order date.
This column displays the transaction currency for this change order. The invoice for these materials will be in this transaction currency.
This column displays the name of the buyer.
