SECURITY GROUPS

Use this screen to manage the security groups that are linked to the part/revision.

Make sure that the Use Part Data Security Controls check box is not selected on the Configure Product Definitions screen. Otherwise, you will not be able to enter or edit data on this screen.

Security Group

Enter, or click to select, the security group to link to the part/revision.

Description

Enter, or click to select, the description of the selected security group for the part/revision.

Issuing Agency

Enter, or click to select, the issuing agency that is associated with the security group for this part/revision.

Security Group User-Defined Label 1-5

Use these fields to enter the values for the security user-defined fields. These fields will not be displayed if no user-defined fields have been specified on the Manage Security User-Defined Labels.

Description of Security User-Defined Label

This field displays the description of the security user-defined fields for the selected security group.

ITAR/Security Status

Select whether the ITAR/Security status of the part for this security group is Active or Inactive.

Activation Date

This field displays the date when the part is initially made active for ITAR/Security for this particular security group, or subsequently changed from Inactive to Active.

Deactivation Date

This field displays the date when the part is no longer active for ITAR/Security for this particular security group.
