If you enter and maintain transaction currency information on the Exchange Rates subtask of the Manage Sales Orders screen, use this subtask to view the exchange rate information between the assigned transaction currency (for example, for customer sales orders) and your organization's functional (base) currency for financial reporting. You must link the transaction currency to the selected Rate Group on the Manage Exchange Rate Groups screen in the Multicurrency module. Maintain other fields on this subtask (Rate Group, Rate Date, Rate, Trans to Func or Trans to Euro, N/A or Euro to Func) on the Manage Sales Orders screen.

This displays transaction currency from the Exchange Rates subtask of the Enter Sales Orders screen. The field to the right displays the associated transaction currency name.
This field displays the rate group from the sales order. The field to the right displays the associated rate group name.
This group box displays transaction and functional currency exchange rate information for the sales order.
This field displays the date or period in which the exchange rate should be used for this sales order.
This field displays the actual exchange rate between the selected Rate Group and Transaction Currency drop-down lists. For Trans to Func exchange rates, the exchange rate for non-Euro currencies is loaded. However, if you are using Euro currency, the product of Trans to Euro and Euro to Func exchange rates displays.
This field displays the conversion rate for the Transaction Currency for this sales order. If you are using Euro currency, this field displays Trans to Euro, and the product of Trans to Euro and Euro to Func exchange rates displays.
This field displays blank if the Trans to Func direct conversion is used. However, this field displays as Euro to Func if Euro currency is being used.
This check box displays the as selected on the Exchange Rate subtask of the Manage Sales Orders screen. If selected, this check box holds the last rate saved and prevents new rates to apply.
