The columns that display on the Names subtask depends on the report type selected whether cost, budget or variance and if you selected the Combined details or not.

This column displays cost/hours from the date the project started to the date the report is run. |

ITDB Cost |
This column displays budgeted cost from the date the project started to the date the report is run. |

Committed Hours |
The numbers in this column reflect unposted labor hours and the unfulfilled amounts from open purchase orders. |

Month/Year |
Begins with the current month and shows data back six months. |
