Use this subtask to view current inventory information by warehouse for the selected part. If you entered a warehouse ID in the main screen, the inventory information is for the particular warehouse; otherwise, the information is for all warehouses. The display includes only the selected projects, unless you select the View All Inventory option.
Use this subtask whenever current inventory information by warehouse is required.
This field displays the part ID shown on the main screen.
This field displays the revision of the part ID.
This field displays the description for the part ID.
This field displays the unit of measure assigned to the part ID.
This group box displays information about the selected project on the main screen.
This field displays the currently selected option in the Option drop-down list on the main screen.
This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) depending on whether the Include Common Inventory check box is selected in the main screen. If this field displays Y projects that are designated as common are included in the table window, even though they may not otherwise meet the project selection criteria. If this field displays N, projects that are designated as common are not included in the table window unless they meet the project selection criteria.
This field displays the currently selected project ID from the main screen. The description for this project displays on in the adjacent unlabeled field.
This field displays the abbreviation for the project ID.
This field displays the ID of the netting group from the main screen. The name of the netting group is displayed in the adjacent unlabeled field.
This field displays the ID of the warehouse for the inventory as shown in the main screen.
Select this check box to view the part's inventory across all warehouses. This check box is selected and disabled if the Warehouse field in the main screen is blank.
Select this option to view the part's inventory across the inventory projects selected on the main screen.
Click this button to load the current inventory information by warehouse for the selected part.
This group box displays on hand, in inspection, and in shipping quantities.
This field displays the sum of all on-hand quantities in the table window.
This field displays the sum of all in-inspection and reinspection quantities in the table window.
This field displays the sum of all in shipping quantities in the table window.
This table window displays the details of the inventory for the part according to the viewing criteria selected. Sorting is by project ID, inventory abbreviation code, and warehouse.
This field displays the ID of the warehouse where the inventory is kept.
This field displays the inventory abbreviation code.
This field displays the name of the inventory abbreviation.
This field displays the type of account, either E (Expense), A (Asset), or G (Government Furnished) in accordance with the setup in the Manage Inventory Projects screen in Costpoint Inventory.
This field displays the sum of all quantities of the part/warehouse/inventory abbreviation combination that are in on-hand locations.
This field displays the sum of all quantities of the part/warehouse/inventory abbreviation combination that are in inspection and reinspection locations.
This field displays the sum of all quantities of the part/warehouse/inventory abbreviation combination that are in shipping locations.
This field displays the sum of all quantities of the part/warehouse/inventory abbreviation combination that are in MRB locations.
