This field displays the item code associated with the standard text codes listed in the Part Documents table window.
This field displays the revision number for the selected item. The field to the right displays the description for the selected item.
This table window lists all the part documents associated with the currently selected item.
This field displays the document type of this document.
This field displays the identification code of this document.
This field displays the revision number of this document.
This field displays the descriptive name for this document.
If this document is established on the Manage Documents of Release Documents screen, this field displays one of the following statuses:
Unreleased - This indicates that this document is not yet released.
Released - This indicates that this document is already released.
Obsolete - This indicates that this document is no longer valid.
If this document is established on the Manage Documents of Release Documents screen, this field displays the document size.
If this document is established on the Manage Documents of Release Documents screen, this field displays the document media code.
If this document is established on the Manage Documents of Release Documents screen, this field displays the document CAGE (Contractor and Government Entity).
If this document is established on the Manage Documents of Release Documents screen, this field displays the number of sheets in the document.
If this document is established on the Manage Documents of Release Documents screen, this field displays the organization assigned to this document.
If this document is established on the Manage Documents of Release Documents screen, this field displays the maintenance group for this document.
This indicates where this document is stored in the network.
If this document is established on the Manage Documents of Release Documents screen, this field displays the last engineering change notice (ECN) associated with this document. You can access ECN information in Costpoint Engineering Change Notices.
If this document is established on the Manage Documents of Release Documents screen, this field displays Y (Yes) if this document is referenced on an ECN that is pending. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).
This field displays the date when this document becomes effective for the part.
This field displays the date when this document stops being effective for this part.
This field displays the configuration of the part.
This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is to be referenced for this part on manufacturing order assembly sheets. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).
This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is to be referenced for this part on routing travelers. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).
This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is to be referenced for this part on receipt travelers. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).
This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is to be referenced for this part on purchase orders. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).
