This field displays Yes or No depending on whether the original part affected by the ECN is active or not.
This field displays the ID of the part that will replace the original part. If the Original Part field is blank, this field displays the new part being created by the ECN.
This field displays the revision of the part that will replace the original part. If the Original Part field is blank, this field displays the revision level of the new part being created by the ECN.
This field displays the description of the part that will replace the original part. If the Original Part field is blank, this field displays the description of the new part being created by the ECN.
This field displays the release status that will be assigned to the change-to part by the ECN. The values are:

This field displays the Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code of the part to be added by the ECN.
This field displays Buy if the change-to part is normally purchased and Make if it is normally manufactured.

This field displays the date when the modifications become effective.
This field displays the employee ID of the person from whom the ECN originated.
This field displays the name of the person from whom the ECN originated.
This field displays the organization to which the ECN is linked.
This field displays the date on which the ECN originated.
This field displays the date on which the ECN was submitted for approval.
This field displays the date on which the ECN was approved.
This field displays the date on which modifications are planned for implementation.
This field displays the date on which the ECN modifications were implemented.
This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) to indicate whether or not customer approval is required for the ECN.
