INVENTORY LOCATIONS

Use this subtask to view details regarding the inventory location of the selected serial-tracked or lot-tracked part.

Serial Number

This field displays the internal serial number of the tracked part.

Lot Number

This field displays the internal lot number of the tracked part.

Part

This field displays the part number for the tracked part on the main screen.

Description

This field displays the part description.

Table Window

Warehouse

This column displays the warehouse of the tracked part.

Location

This column displays the warehouse location of the tracked part.

Quantity

This column displays the inventory quantity of the tracked part in a given location.

Inv Abbrev, Inv Abbrev Name

These columns display the inventory abbreviation and name associated with the tracked part.

Project

This column displays the project ID associated with the tracked part.

Project Name, Project Abbrev

These columns display the project name and abbreviation associated with the tracked part.

Location Description

This column displays the description of the location.

Location Type

This column displays the location type of the tracked part location. Location types are:

• On-Hold

• Incoming Inspection

• MRB

• On-Hand

• Reinspection

• Shipping

Last Count Date

This column displays the date of the last physical count for the tracked part location.

UID

This field displays the unique item identifier (UID), if any, assigned to the tracked part.
