Enter a sequence number of up to four digits in this required field. The initial value will be 1, and then increase by one for each line added. You cannot enter a negative number or duplicate sequence numbers.

to select, the text code to be attached to the ECN. This field must contain a valid code from the Manage Standard Text screen in Costpoint Product Definition. The code must be linked to ECNs in the Where-Used subtask of the Manage Standard Text screen. The field to the right displays the description of the text code.

Enter, or click to select, a description of the text code. This field also displays the description of the selected Text Code field.
This field displays the code that describes where the text document will print. Valid values are:
I — Internal documents only
E — External documents only
B — Both types of documents
Enter the sequence number for the text code.
Enter, or click to select, the text codeThis field displays the selected ECN's text code.
This field displays the description of the selected text code.
This field displays the document print option for the selected text code. Valid values are:
B — Both
I — Internal
E — Enternal
If selected, this check box indicates that the standard text code/revision combination is currently active.
