Create Outlook in Organization Budgeting

Use the Organization Budgets/Outlooks screen to create a new Outlook for an Organization.

You must have at least one Approved version of an Org budget before you can create a new Outlook.

To create a new Outlook, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Accounting » BNP Organization Budgeting » Budget/Outlook Processing » Organization Budgets/Outlooks.

  2. Enter, or click  , to select the Organization ID.

  3. Click  Execute from the toolbar to populate the Organization Budgets Status table.

  4. Select the approved budget row and click Create OLK.

  5. Click Ok when the process has been completed.

  6. Enter the necessary details in the OLK’s sheets or subtasks.

  7. Select the Complete check box and click Commit.

  8. Click Ok when the process has been completed.

  9. Select the Approved check box and click Save.
