Create/Modify EAC for Direct Project

Use this screen to create EACs for projects. You must have at least one approved version of a budget before you can create an EAC and you need to replace any generic staff in the budget before you can create an EAC.

Each time you create a new version of an EAC, it will populate with the actuals up to that point in time. You must create a new version each and every time if you want to see the latest data. When you create EACS, it automatically displays historical costs by Period of Performance and individual resource, Input hours or costs in future periods by component. You can use the drop-down lists to select employees, PLCs and generic staff. In this screen, you can apply labor rates, staff escalation and indirect rates automatically, as well as verify employee availability.
