Create EAC in Project Budgeting

Use the Project Budgets/EACs screen to create new EACs for projects.

You must have at least one Approved version of a budget before you can create a new EAC.

To create a new EAC, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Projects » BNP Project Budgeting » Budget/EAC Processing » Project Budgets/ EACs.

  2. Enter, or click  , to select the Project ID.

  3. Click  Execute from the toolbar to populate the Project Budgets Status table.

  4. Select the approved budget row and click Create EAC.

  5. Click Ok when the process has been completed.

  6. Enter the necessary details in the EAC’s sheets or subtask.

  7. Select the Complete check box and click Commit.

  8. Click Ok when the process has been completed.

  9. Select the Approved check box and click Save.
