Time Collection Hours (SPA11)

Use this screen to run a report that displays hours charged by Employee to the selected project for each day during the selected timesheet period.

Week

In the Dates field, click to select the week.

Details

Select this check box to display combined lower level project details in the grid.

Project ID

Enter the project ID, or click to select it.

Subtasks

After you select the Project ID and set other options, click to populate the Details table.

The table below describes the columns that display for the Details table.

Column Headings

Description

Name

This column displays the employee name

Project ID

This column displays the project number.

Account ID

This column displays the labor account number.

PLC

This column displays the project labor category.

Status

This column displays the status.

Total Hours

This column displays the total hours.

Day/Month

This column displays the day of the week and date of the month.
