Maintain Budget Programs (AOM2)

Use this screen to set up or edit Org Budget program tags with rates for Direct Labor, Direct Materials, Direct Subcontractor, and Direct ODCs. You can select a budget program that you want to delete, edit and update the information. You can also click New from the toolbar to create a new budget program.

Report Parameters

Org Budget Program Tags

• Program ID - Enter the Program ID in this field.

• Program Description - Enter the Program description in this field.

Click Query from the toolbar to search for the Program ID and Program Description.

Direct Cost Type

• Direct Labor - Enter the direct labor fee rate in this field.

• Direct Materials - Enter the  direct materials  fee rate n this field.

• Direct Subcontractor - Enter the Direct Subcontractor fee rate in this field.

• Direct ODCs - Enter the Direct ODCs fee rate in this field.

Click from the toolbar to save your changes.
