New Business Budget Summary (Rev/Cost)

Use this screen to select a top level New Business Budget ID and view a summary of Revenue, Profit and Cost Categories for the budget hierarchy. Go to the All Cost Breakdown subtask to drill-down into the details of Revenue, Cost Categories and Burdens over the budget period of performance.

New Business Budget ID

Use this lookup to set the top level new business budget. When the top level New Business Budget is chosen, the budget hierarchy displays in the result set.

Show Details

Select this check box to display all details of revenue/ cost information in the All Cost Breakdown subtask.

Top Level Subtask

The Top Level subtask displays summary level detail for all new business budgets to which you have access.

Column Headings	Description
New Business Budget ID	This column displays the New Business Budget ID number that you are allowed to see based on your security org ID.
New Business Budget Description	This column displays the description of the new business budget.
Version	This column displays the version of the new business budget.
Organization	This column displays the organization details.
Owner	This column displays the name of the budget owner.
Start	This column displays the budget start date.
End	This column displays the budget end date.
Weeks	This column displays the number of weeks in the period of performance.
Work Type	This column displays the work type.
Probability	This column displays the probability of award that was entered as a Percentage.
Revenue	This column displays the revenue amount.
Profit	This column displays the calculated profit amount.
Total Cost Budget	This column displays the total of the budgeted costs.
Labor	This column displays the total labor costs.
Mtls	This column displays the total material costs
Sbks	This column displays the total subcontractor costs.
Trvl	This column displays the total travel costs.
Cnslt	This column displays the total consultant costs.
ODCOth	This column displays the total other direct costs.
Last Updated	This column displays the date when the record was last updated.

All Cost Breakdown Subtask

Click this link to display cost amounts for the selected new business budget. All periods in the Period of Performance display in this subtask.

After the table opens you will see summarized rows by category. You can Expand All or drill-down in an individual category by clicking the + sign and the beginning of the row.

If you drill down on the burden rows, you will see the burden amounts by general ledger account and the pool number.

Column Headings	Description
Description	This column displays the category description. When the category is expanded the column displays the GL Account and description, the Resource name and ID and the New Business Budget ID.
Total	This column displays total budget for each category.
ITD	This columns displays Inception to Date budget total by category.
YTD	This column displays the Year to Date budget total by category.
Day-Month-Year	These columns display the budget period of performance by period.
