Use this screen to specify individual New Business Budgets to be reported as part of a consolidation project revenue and/or cost report. The report runs a consolidated single report based on the New Business Budgets that you selected.
Use this field to filter new business budgets.
Enter the group description in this field and click Save Group to save the group description for future lookup to review the same grouping.
To check, use the lookup in the Grouping Description field to find the Group and click Select Group to populate the result set.
Additional new business budgets can be selected and added to the Group when you click Save Group.
Click Delete Group to remove the group from the Grouping Description selection.
Select the Show Details check box to display all cost level details.

The all Cost Breakdown subtask displays all periods and the summarys by cost category with the capability of a drill down to the G/L Account and resource.
