Use this screen to display labor cost information by employee for all costs charged to the projects to which you have access rights.
Select the type of report you want to display. Choose from the following options:
Cost - Select this option to display labor cost actuals.
Budget - Select this option to display labor cost budgeted.
Variance - Select this option to display labor cost variances.
If you selected the Cost report type, select one of the following project types:
Direct - Select this option to display direct projects.
Indirect - Select this option to display indirect projects.
If you selected the Budget or Variance Type, select one of the following from the drop-down list:
Budget - Select this option to display the budget information.
EAC - Select this option to display the EAC information.
Choose from the following options:
Projects - Select this option to include inactive projects when the report is displayed.
Tasks - Select this option to include inactive tasks when the report is displayed.
Select the Combined check box to display combined lower level project details in the grid. When this check box is selected, no changes to the current behavior except the FY/Period columns are driven by the ‘Date Range’ selected in the header.
This is a required field. Click the calendar icon to set the date range that will drive the FY/Period columns displayed on the report.
Click the Details link to display the Description,Project Name, ITD Cost, Project Name, Pending Cost and Total Cost for the Projects budgeted within the selected Date Range.
