Use this screen to display summary cost, budget, and variance information for sub-tasks below the level of the selected project.
Select from the following level down report parameters.
Select the type of report you want to display. Choose from the following options:
Cost - Select this option to display summary cost information.
Budget - Select this option to display summary budget information.
Variance - Select this option to display summary variance information.
Select the All Sub-Tasks check box to display all tasks under the current project level selected.
If you selected the Budget or Variance report type, select one of the following from the drop-down list:
Budget - Select this option to display the latest budget information.
EAC - Select this option to display the latest EAC information.
If you selected a report type of Budget or Variance, select one of the following options:
Past - Select Past to display the last seven periods.
Future - Select Future to display the next seven periods.
Select from the following sub report parameters.
Select this check box to display combined burned cost details.
Select this check box to display combined details for all periods.
Enter, or click to select, the project ID.
After you select the Project ID and set other report options, click to load budget information for level down projects.
To display lower level details, choose from the following links:
Level Down - Click this link to display summary cost information by element (for example, labor, materials, subcontractor, and so forth) for level-down projects.
Burdened Cost - Click this link to display only the burdened cost breakdown category details. After the table opens, a link for the next level down displays. Thereafter, each table you open includes a link to the next level down.
All Periods - Click this link to display the details for the selections you made under All Periods.
