Use this screen to display organization expenses, organizationl budget, or budget variances, in profit and loss format by G/L Account. The report presents history in a way that allows managers to recognize trends throughout the year.
Select the type of report you want to display. Choose from the following options:
Cost - Select this option to display revenue and expenses.
Budget - Select this option to display budgeted revenue and expenses.
Variance - Select this option to display variances of budgeted revenue and expenses.
If you selected a Report Type of Cost or Variance, choose from the following Organization Types:
P&L - Select this option to filter the Organization Type according to Profit and Loss.
Owning Org - Select this option to filter the Organization Type according to Owning Organization.
Employee Org - Select this option to filter the Organization Type according to Employee Organization.
If you selected a Report Type of Budget, choose from the following Revenue and Cost options:
Owning Org - Select this option to filter the revenue source according to Owning Organization budget.
Performing Org - Select this option to filter the revenue source according to Performing Organization budget.
Click to select the fiscal year.
This is a required field. Click to select the end date.
For the Budget or Variance report types, click to select the Budget Group. Select either the base budget or latest updated forecasts.
Click to select the accounts you want to display. Options include either All Accounts or other options specific to your company.
Choose the level of detail you want to display. Choose from the following options:
View Qtrs - Select this option to display report information by quarter.
Combined - Select this option to combine all levels of report information for viewing or printing.
Click to select the organization ID.
Click Details to display lower level information.
Click this button to expand grid information.
Click this button to collapse grid information.
The following information is displayed in the Details grid.
