Time Collection Cost (Estimated) (CPA12)

Use this screen to run a report that displays estimated labor cost for hours charged by Employee to all levels of the selected project.

The estimated cost is based on hours multiplied by the employees hourly rate and does not take into account Total Time Accounting adjustments.

Date

Select the end date of the period or periods you want to view.

Details

Select Combined check box to display employee and account details in the same table.

Project ID

Enter, or click to select, the project ID.

You must provide information for all enabled fields in order for the report to run as expected, else an error message displays.

Subtasks

After you select the Project ID and other report options, click to populate the Names table.

Field descriptions for each level of detail are provided in the tables below.

Column Headings

Description

Project ID

This column displays the Project ID.

ID

This column displays the employee ID.

Name

This column displays the name of the employee.

Project-Account ID

This column displays the Project-Account ID.

PLC

This column displays the PLC.

Status

This column indicates the export status. The letter "C" indicates that the timesheets were exported to Costpoint, and "E" indicates they were exported to Time & Expense.

Total Hours

This column reflects the total hours for the Saturday to Friday time frame.

Day and Date

This column displays the day of the week and date.
