Manage Project Level Reporting for Users (CPM2, BPM2, PPM2)

Use this screen to add project level reporting rights for users, allowing them to view additional projects and to share access with other users on multiple projects.

Description

Project

This is a required field. Enter the Project ID or clickto query or sort your search.

Project Name

Displays the Project Name or clickto query or sort your search.

User ID

This is a required field. Enter the User ID or clickto query or sort your search.

Name

Displays the User Name or clickto query or sort your search.

If you do not remember the Project or User ID, you can select the Project Name or User Name and the system will auto-populate the corresponding fields.

Buttons

Description

New

Click this button to create a new record for project level reporting. A new row is added to the table where you can assign the corresponding user access to projects by entering the required information like Project ID, Project Name and User ID. Click Save to finalize the new record.

Copy

Click this button to do any of the following:

  • Copy Record - Copy and immediately paste the current row.

  • Copy Data to insert into Excel - Copy selected row into the clipboard for pasting into Excel or other program.

  • Copy Data to paste into new records - Copy selected row into internal buffer so they can be pasted later.

Delete

Click this button to remove the selected row and delete the access rights to projects assigned to the user.

Form

Click this button to switch from Table view to Form view.

Query

Click this button to launch a query.
