Costpoint Revenue Integration (BPI6)

The Costpoint Revenue Integration screen is used by project managers to view, calculate, and approve, by project, the latest Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Completion (EAC), and the % Complete amounts.

Any user with access to Costpoint Planning can upload ETC, EAC, and % Complete amounts. These amounts can also be rejected and returned to the Project Manager for re-calculation and approval.

Approved amounts can then be exported from Costpoint Planning to Costpoint® using the Upload feature.

When using the Costpoint Revenue Integration application, note the following:

Project ID

Enter the Project ID or clickto query or sort your search.

End Date

Enter the End Date or clickto query or sort your search.

Report Columns

Use this option to filter report information by columns. The columns you select will be displayed in the Projects Table. Options include the following:

Select All

Click this button to select all Report Column options.

Deselect All

Click this button to clear all Report Column options.

Projects Table

The content of this table depends on the selected report column options.

Calculate

Click this button to calculate the revenue.

Approve

Click this button to approve the revenue. You can only click Approve when the Status of the Project is Calculated.

Clear Status

Click this button to clear the status in the Projects table.

Upload

Click this button to upload the revenue.

Reject

Click this button to reject the revenue.

You can only click Upload or Reject when the Status of the Project is Approved.

History

Click this link to displays a table of all calculations that are uploaded into Costpoint.
