Timesheet Detail inquiry

Use this inquiry to see detailed information for your timesheets.

At a glance, you can see the project and phase, activity, employee type, and total hours associated with each timesheet detail.

If needed, you can add predefined columns and view supplemental information such as the utilization type associated with a timesheet detail.

Using the inquiry

From the Inquiry menu, click Employee > Timesheet Detail.

Timesheet Date	Timesheet Detail	The last date of the timesheet period
Employee	Employee	The name of the employee associated with the timesheet
Project ID & Description	Project	The ID and description of the project associated with the timesheet detail
Phase ID & Description	Phase	The ID and description of the phase associated with the timesheet detail
Activity Description	Activity	The description of the activity associated with the timesheet detail Examples: Administration, Billable Time, Meetings, Vacation
Employee Type Description	Employee Type	The employee type of the employee associated with the timesheet detail Example: Architect, Project Manager, Principal
Total Hours Row		The total number of hours for the timesheet detail
Day 1		The total number of hours for the first day for the timesheet detail
Day 2		The total number of hours for the second day for the timesheet detail
Day 3		The total number of hours for the third day for the timesheet detail
Day 4		The total number of hours for the fourth day for the timesheet detail
Day 5		The total number of hours for the fifth day for the timesheet detail
Day 6		The total number of hours for the sixth day for the timesheet detail
Day 7		The total number of hours for the seventh day for the timesheet detail
