Overview
Your Axium consultant will work closely with your firm to ensure that your implementation is successful.
Axium offers two types of implementations: Standard and Enterprise. Both consist of these phases:
- Planning and Discovery
- Before Beginning Balance Date
- After Beginning Balance Date
- Advanced Features
- Additional Services (optional)
The implementation types differ in some specific details and also in which phases they emphasize. For example, the Enterprise implementation emphasizes the first two phases more than the Standard implementation does. Ask your Axium consultant for more details.
The phases
Below is a brief overview of the implementation phases. Notice the importance of the beginning balance date (referred to as BB date in the figure). The rest of this course addresses each phase in depth.
